Village by the Sea

I had my wedding here and it was absolutely so beautiful and special. Charlene was amazing and everything flowed super smoothly. My guests came from out of town and raved about staying at the hotel. Me and my husband stayed there too and the rooms were clean and beautiful with amazing views. Very easy to get anywhere in wells. Highly highly recommend for your wedding or a vacation!

Loved our premium bedroom when we went in July. This was our second time and they actually gave us the same building on the ground floor! Very happy about that. I really love how clean the indoor pool and hot tub were. It seemed to be a slow time at the Village because we didn't in see many people in our building, which was great because it was quiet, relaxing and didn't have to wait to do laundry. Will definitely be returning!

Rooms / condos can be better maintained. The entry to 15 looks like you are going into a dungeon. (very dirty- smells bad). Our shower door was all croocked, it will not stay shut. The beds are like sleeping on the floor and sounds like cracking. Smell muggy in this unit. Couches should be in the dumpster. Time for fresh paint, new mattresses and furniture. Great view, but no thank you.

Great location for a conference or a getaway! The rooms are spacious and love the kitchen to reduce eating out. Close to Wells Beach and right on Route 1. Staff is very kind and helpful. Been here two years for our annual conference and definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience here. The room we stayed in was very personalized and felt like a home away from home. Everything was very clean and had all amenities including washer, dryer, utensils, pots and pans, books, smart TVs. Bed was comfy memory foam and was king sized. Balcony was furnished with table and chairs. The pool was clean and went to 6ft so great for swimmers. I don’t usually like hotels but this place felt so comfortable I wanted to stay longer. The location was perfect with a short drive to the beach and tourist spots.

Very nice suite for 5 of us, very roomy. I loved the kitchen. The view off the deck was very pretty; no bugs!. The walls are pretty thick, so there is no issues with noise, we could have spent the entire week just on VBTS's campus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Service was great. Rooms are a little dated, but this was really a perfect spot for us to stay a couple of nights. The comdo was super spacious and beds were extra comfy. We did not spend much time in the rooms. I feel we received a great value for our stay. If we're fortunate to visit here again, we would absolutely return to this condo.
